Seven new showhomes opening in May
Maple Crest will unveil seven new showhomes at its Grand Opening, Saturday, May 27 from noon to 5 p.m. These traditional and contemporary home designs complement nine existing showhomes to create southeast Edmonton’s largest selection of models, with 16 available to view.

Laurel Green, design innovation & lifestyle excellence

Located at the corner of 17 Street and 23 Avenue, it features easy access to incredible recreational amenities and the convenient shopping and services of two major commercial destinations.

A great year for new showhomes & builders
This spring, Laurel Green has hosted the introduction of new showhomes and builders.
Landmark Homes recently opened two new detached garage showhomes with prices starting from the $360’s.
Crystal Creek Homes and Estrella Homes, both new builders in the community, have completed duplex showhomes with prices from the $340’s. Urban Luxury Homes will open another duplex showhome later this spring. Supplementing these models is Laurel Green’s first executive attached garage showhome crafted by Art Custom Homes.
These new model homes complement existing duplex showhomes operated by Lincolnberg Homes. There are also existing townhome showhomes, including a collection of freehold street townhomes from Homes by Avi and some efficient attached garage townhomes from Landmark Homes.
